Shipping Policy – Gunjan Thani Label

At Gunjan Thani Label, we take great care in delivering your silk sarees, designer lehengas, and handcrafted outfits safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We deliver across India via trusted courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.).
  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 5–7 working days.
  • Custom/Designer Orders: Shipping timelines are shared during order confirmation (generally 3–6 weeks, depending on embroidery and fabric work).
  • Shipping charges may be flat rate or calculated at checkout, unless stated as Free Shipping.

2. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide using reliable partners such as DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.
  • Delivery timelines vary from 10–20 working days, depending on location and customs clearance.
  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in product or shipping costs. These charges must be borne by the customer, as per destination country regulations.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with tracking details.
  • Customers can track shipments directly through the courier’s website.

4. Packaging & Safety

  • All garments are packed in protective muslin bags to maintain fabric quality.
  • Extra care is taken for silk sarees and lehengas with heavy embroidery to ensure safe transit.

5. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to festivals, strikes, courier disruptions, or customs checks.
  • Gunjan Thani Label is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.

6. Damages During Shipping

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video when reporting any damages.
  • Claims without unboxing proof will not be considered.

7. Address & Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
